MADISON (KMHL) – Authorities have identified the body found earlier this week in Lac Qui Parle Lake.The Chippewa and Lac Qui Parle County Sheriff’s Departments said Thursday that 60-year-old Raymond Abel of rural Maynard was the man found in the lake.
Authorities discovered Abel’s body after a fisherman reported seeing an unoccupied boat Wednesday afternoon near the historic Milan Bridge.
Investigators say Abel was the only person on the boat.
