WILLMAR (LEARFIELD) — One person is hospitalized and another is in jail after a shooting in Willmar.
Police say a 25-year-old man was found lying in the street Tuesday morning. The victim’s name and current condition weren’t released.
Officers say a 26-year-old man who was holding a gun surrendered and was arrested. The incident is still under investigation.
