LEARFIELD (New York, NY) — Minnesota Vikings defensive coordinator Brian Flores can continue his discrimination lawsuit against the National Football League. A New York judge rejected arbitration in the suit Wednesday. The decision will allow Flores to take three teams and the NFL to trial over claims the league is “rife with racism” when it comes to hiring and promoting Black coaches. Flores’ discrimination dispute with the Miami Dolphins must be done through arbitration.
