(MARSHALL, MN) KMHL – Veterans Day is today. The annual Veterans Day program will be at 11:00AM at the Marshall Adult Community Center. Members of the public are invited to attend.
Area Veterans Day programs include:
- 9:00AM for Yellow Medicine East Schools at the Fagen Fighters WWII Museum. The keynote speaker will be WWII Navy ace Donald McPherson.
- 9:30AM in the Lakeview School main gymnasium. The Lakeview concert band and choir will perform patriotic music selections.
- 9:30AM in the Hendricks Public School main gymnasium. The keynote speaker will be Duane Blake.
- 9:30AM at Russell-Tyler-Ruthton School.
- 10:00AM in the new gymnasium at Canby High School.
- 10:30AM in the Tracy Area High School gymnasium.
- 11:00AM at the Balaton Community Center. The keynote speaker will be Sgt. 1st Class Nicholas DeCamp.
- 1:00PM in the Redwood Valley High School gymnasium. The keynote speaker will be Justin Guggisberg.
- 1:00PM at Lake Benton Public School.
- 1:30PM at Lynd Public School.
- 2:00PM at Murray County Central.
- 2:00PM at Westbrook-Walnut Grove Elementary.
- 4:00PM on November 13th in the Wabasso Community Center for a Veterans Day dinner.
- 9:00AM on November 14th in the Lincoln Elementary auditorium. The keynote speaker will be Rob Hopper.
