VESTA, Minn. — Vesta will celebrate the 63rd annual V-Esta Day on Wednesday, July 15, with an evening of food, family activities and community fun.
The event features Vesta’s famous chicken barbecue, with meals served from 5 to 8 p.m. at the Vesta Community Center. The $15 meal includes a half chicken, potato salad, baked beans, a bun, pickle and beverage. Takeout meals will also be available.
Free activities for children include Coins in the Corn and a bouncy house obstacle course. Other attractions include the DeVos Pedal Pull, a beer garden at the Vesta Bar and $2 root beer floats.
