EmpowHer is a women's empowerment conference that is coming to the Marshall community to inspire women in all stages of life. This conference will take place on July 8th at the Red Baron Arena & Expo right here in Marshall. It is throughout the day of the 8th from 8:00AM to 4:00PM.
