Saturday, April 6th join in on the flying fun at your Marshall Area YMCA with the Model Airplane Show from 10 am - 3 pm with free admission! The electric drone competition is at 2 pm, registration deadline for the show is 2 pm. It is a $10/person entry fee (any number of planes). Plagues will be awarded for Best Scale Plane, Best Iron-on Covering, Best Sport Plane, Best Paint, & Best of Show. Join together as a community with the Marshall Area YMCA for a memorial stair climb to pay tribute to the 343 FDNY firefighters lost on 9/11. This is an all-day, open event for the community. Happening Monday September 12 from 5am-9pm YMCA membership and registration not required. Participants can complete as little as one flight up to 110 flights of stairs, the equivalent of the 110 stories of the World Trade Center.
