SLAYTON, MN — The Minnesota State Patrol has released the name of the fatal occupant in a two-vehicle accident on Monday in Murray County that also critically injured a Tyler man.
The State Patrol says 58-year-old Dennis Keith Kor of Minneota died after colliding with a 2022 International straight truck being driven by 61-year-old Michael Arthur Griffin of Tyler.
Griffin was taken to the Sanford Hospital in Sioux Falls with life-threatening injuries. Kor was pronounced dead at the scene.
Both Kor and Griffin were not wearing their seat belts at the time of the crash, according to the Minnesota State Patrol.
UPDATE: The State Patrol has revised their incident report and states only Kor was not wearing his seat belt.
