HECTOR, MN (KMHL) — Two people were injured when their vehicles collided on Highway 212 in Renville County. According to the Minnesota State Patrol, at approximately 4:54 Tuesday afternoon, a 1997 Ford F-150 and a 2006 International Semi were both traveling westbound on Highway 212 near 500th Street when they made contact. The driver of the F150, Irma Rosales of Buffalo Lake and her passenger, Katerin Garciagonzalez of Buffalo Lake, each received non-life-threatening injuries and were transported to the Olivia Hospital. The driver of the Semi, Matthew Arkell of Lamberton, was not injured. Assistance was provided by the Renville County Sheriff’s Office and Hector Ambulance.
