Murray County Dispatch received a call Tuesday morning at 8:03 reporting a two-vehicle accident at the intersection of county road 29 and 121st street, North of Hadley.  

First Responders located a 2013 White Subaru Crosstrek, operated by Michael Keleher from Hadley Minnesota, and a 2021 Chevrolet Silverado, operated by Matthew Arends from Luverne Minnesota. The drivers were both extricated from their vehicles by the Slayton Fire Dept. and transported by the Murray County Ambulance to Murray County Medical Center to be treated for injuries sustained. Keleher was later transported by Air Ambulance to a Sioux Falls Hospital for treatment of his injuries. Keleher’s condition is unknown at the time of this news release. 

The Murray County Sheriff’s Office was assisted at the scene by the Buffalo Ridge Drug and Violent Crime Task Force, Slayton Fire Department, Murray County Ambulance, and the Minnesota State Patrol.

The accident remains under investigation and an accident re-construction is pending from the Minnesota State Patrol.
