CANBY (KMHL) — A rollover incident west of Canby has left two people injured. According to the Minnesota State Patrol, at approximately 4:45 Sunday afternoon, a 1997 Chevy Tahoe was traveling westbound on Highway 68 in Florida Township of Yellow Medicine County. Near mile marker 3, the Tahoe lost control, entered the ditch, and rolled.
The driver of the Tahoe, 42-year-old Jacob Allen Long of Hamlet, Nebraska, was not injured. Two passengers, 20-year-old Chelsea Lynn Tucker of Sioux Falls, South Dakota, and a 16-year-old juvenile from Hendricks, received non-life-threatening injuries and were transported to the Canby Hospital.
The report notes all three occupants were not wearing their seat belts.
