MARSHALL – One person was injured after a two-vehicle collision on Wednesday, according to the Minnesota State Patrol. At approximately 11:43 Wednesday morning, a 2011 Peterbilt Semi was traveling southbound on Highway 59 and a 2012 Buick Enclave was traveling northbound. The two vehicles collided in the intersection with Windstar Street in Marshall.  

The driver of the Buick, 36-year-old Matthew Alan Sandman of Tracy, was not injured. A two-year-old passenger received minor injuries and was taken to the Marshall hospital. Two more passengers in the Buick, 36-year-old Shawna Rose Sandman and a three-year-old boy were not injured. 

The driver of the Peterbilt, 36-year-old Michael Lee Johnson of Appleton, was not injured.
