There’s finally more info about “The Office” spin-off series at Peacock. It’ll have the same mockumentary format and will take place in the same universe.
Here’s the official series description:
“The documentary crew that immortalized Dunder Mifflin’s Scranton branch is in search of a new subject when they discover a dying historic Midwestern newspaper and the publisher trying to revive it with volunteer reporters.”
Only two actors have been announced. Domhnall Gleeson from “Peter Rabbit” and “About Time”, and Sabrina Impacciatore from “The White Lotus” Season 2.
He was also Bill Weasley in the last two Harry Potter movies “Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 1 & 2”.
There’s no word if any characters from “The Office” will make an appearance. It doesn’t have a title or release date yet, but production starts in July.
