VESTA (KMHL) – An accident involving a motorcycle near Vesta has left a Sanborn man fighting for his life.

The Minnesota State Patrol says 44-year-old Jordan Radtke, of Sanborn, suffered life threatening injuries when the 2017 Kawasaki motorcycle he was driving went off the road and hit a sign near Vesta.

Authorities say Radtke was heading eastbound on Highway 19 when the bike went off the road and hit the sign near the intersection with Redwood County Road 30 near Vesta.

Authorities say the crash occurred around 3:30 Tuesday afternoon. Radtke was taken to North Memorial Medical Center in Robbinsdale.
