MARSHALL (KMHL) – Minnesotans head to the polls today for the primary election. Many Minnesotans have already voted by mail.
One of the more highlighted races today is in the Republican Primary for an opponent to challenge Democratic Rep. Collin Peterson in Minnesota’s Seventh Congressional District. Former Lt. Gov. Michelle Fischbach is being challenged by retired Air Force Major Dave Hughes, who has squared off against Peterson in the last two elections and Dr. Noel Collis.
Polling places in Marshall include; Red Baron Arena in Marshall’s Ward 1, the Marshall Middle School for Ward 2, and the Marshall Area YMCA for Ward 3.
Polls are open today through 8 p.m.
