The funeral service for Patricia “Pat” (Smith) Radke, 82, of Tracy, MN, will take place at 1:00 p.m. on Monday, October 28, 2024, at the Horvath Remembrance Center in Tracy. Visitation will be Sunday, October 27, from 2:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. at the Remembrance Center. A private family interment will take place at a later date. Pat was born on March 14, 1942 in Motley, MN, the daughter of Edmund and Florence Smith (Seeley). She moved with her family to Tracy and graduated from Tracy High School in 1960.
Pat married the love of her life, Wesley “Wes” Radke on June 18, 1960 at the Tracy Methodist Church. She was also known as Trish to family, Pat to friends, Grandma Pat to her many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Wes and Pat enjoyed 64 years of bliss. She worked as a CNA at the nursing home in Revere for a couple of years and then at Christian Manor, later the Tracy Nursing Home, currently Prairie View Senior Living, for 35 years.
Pat loved gardening, playing cards and dice, and spending time with family. She enjoyed watching her MN Vikings while enjoying a cold Busch Light. Pat was very fond of special occasions and other time spent at the family lake home on Bloody Lake. She was a member of Church of Christ in Tracy. She taught Sunday School to many young children.
Pat passed away on Friday, October 25, after battling deteriorating health issues and surrounded by loving family. She is survived by Wes Radke, children Kevin Radke, Keith Radke, Khris Radke, Khyle (Traci) Radke , Kandi (Eric) Danielson , Kelly (Cindy) Radke ; grandchildren Linda, Karin “Chuckie”, Kaden, Khole, Justin, Corey, Natasha, Raelin, Griffin, Danika, and Ethan, Connor, Kimberly Danielson, Kiera Radke; great-grandchildren, Cameron Hennis, Paisley, Westin, Karmen, Lily, Chloe, Alexis, Adison, Layla, Waylon Radke; brother Frank (Diane) Smith; brother in law Rodney Timmerman, and many nieces and nephews, and many other loved family members.
Preceding Pat in death are her parents Edmund and Florence Smith, sister Harriet Timmerman, nephews Ricky & Roger Timmerman, uncle Larry Seeley, and other family and friends.
