The Vietnam War and Lyon County New Exhibit Preview
Lyon County Historical Society Museum 301 West Lyon Street, Marshall, MN, United StatesThe Lyon County Museum is hosting an open house in celebration of their new exhibit on the Vietnam war on Tuesday, August 8th from 1:30 to 4:00 PM. This event is open to all veterans, their family members, and active military service men and women. Light refreshments will be served. During this special opening, at 2:00 PM local Vietnam veterans will share how they participated in the exhibit.
Escape the Schoolhouse Fundraiser
Red Schoolhouse at the Lyon County Fairgrounds 504 Fairgrounds Rd, Marshall, MN, United StatesJoin the Lyon county Museum in their fundraiser with the Escape the Schoolhouse Fundraiser the 11th and 12th of August. Gather family and friends for a team of up to six people and enjoy and escape room challenge in a one room schoolhouse! Your team will have 30 minutes to discover clues, solve puzzles, and accomplish tasks to escape the schoolhouse. Register by reserving a time slot.
