WINDOM – A Jackson woman was injured in a two-vehicle collision in Windom on Sunday, according to the Minnesota State Patrol. At approximately 10:42 Sunday morning, a 2001 GMC Yukon was traveling northbound on US Hwy 71 and a 2016 Lexus RX5 was traveling westbound on Highway 60 when they collided in the intersection.  

A passenger in the GMC, 62-year-old Balinda Ann Tharp of Jackson, sustained non-life-threatening injuries and was taken to the Windom hospital. The driver of the GMC, 61-year-old Richard Deen Bolen of Jackson, was not injured. 

The two occupants of the Lexus were not injured.
