OLIVIA (KMHL) – A Fairfax man pleaded guilty to charges of attempted murder and assault from a shooting in a Fairfax convenience store in January.
Michael Klatt, 61, of Olivia, accepted an Alford Plea to charges of 2nd degree attempted murder and 2nd degree assault.
Klatt was arrested after entering the Smart Mart in Fairfax and shooting an employee. According to the criminal complaint, Klatt blamed the employee for encouraging his wife to leave him.
