The Marshall Police Department reports the following incidents:
On Tuesday at 5:11 a.m., a suspicious person was reported at the 900 block of Cheryl Avenue. A 23-year-old Marshall male was arrested for criminal damage to property and motor vehicle tampering.
On Tuesday at 5:14 a.m., an assault was reported at the 400 block of Hudson Avenue. A 21-year-old Marshall male was arrested for 4th degree assault, disorderly conduct, and obstruction.
On Tuesday at 10:44 a.m., MPD assisted another agency in Sioux Falls for theft by shoplifting on a 21-year-old Marshall female. A 36-year-old Marshall male was arrested for theft by shoplifting.
On Tuesday at 2:03 p.m., a 67-year-old Marshall male was arrested on a local warrant at the 300 block of South Bruce Street.
On Tuesday at 2:53 p.m., a predatory offender was reported at the 1200 block of Birch Street. A report is pending.
On Tuesday at 5:57 p.m., a weapon was reported at the 1400 block of South 4th Street. A report was sent to the county attorney for consideration of charges against a 14-year-old Marshall male for 2nd degree assault.
On Tuesday at 9:24 p.m., a traffic stop was performed near the intersection of F Street and East Main Street. A 30-year-old Marshall male was cited for driving after revocation.
On Tuesday at 10:31 p.m., a traffic stop was performed near the intersection of East Lyon Street and Nuese Lane. A 30-year-old Marshall male was arrested for driving after revocation.
