If you’re stressed, does country music make it better or worse?
A “wellness brand” just released a ranking of the most- and least-stressed states in America. It’s based on 16 factors that are grouped into four categories: Money stress . . . work stress . . . health stress . . . and family stress.
And Tennessee was named the most-stressed state.
The 10 most-stressed states are: Tennessee . . . Alabama . . . Oklahoma . . . Louisiana . . . Nevada . . . South Carolina . . . Georgia . . . Arizona . . . West Virginia . . . and Indiana.
The 10 least-stressed are: North Dakota . . . Utah . . . Iowa . . . Nebraska . . . Minnesota . . . South Dakota . . . Wisconsin . . . Idaho . . . Wyoming . . . and Washington.
