COTTONWOOD (KMHL) – The Minnesota Department of Transportation has a pair of open houses scheduled for tomorrow night in Cottonwood and Granite Falls to discuss a major construction project set for Highway 23 next summer.
MnDOT is planning to resurface the highway and upgrade several of the intersections during the summer of 2020.

MnDOT is hosting the first meeting at the Cottonwood Community Center from 4:30 to 5:30.
The second meeting will be held in Granite Falls at the Kilowatt Community Center from 6 until 7.
