MARSHALL – A Minneota woman and Tyler woman were injured in a collision on Sunday in Lyon County, according to the Minnesota State Patrol. At approximately 10:00 Sunday evening, a 2013 Buick sedan and 2016 Chevy Traverse were both traveling westbound on Highway 19. Near the intersection of 320th avenue, the two vehicles collided.
The driver of the Buick, 18-year-old Sadi Mae Vlaminck of Minneota, sustained non-life-threatening injuries and was taken to Avera Health in Marshall.
The driver of the Chevy, 30-year-old Amanda Ranae Rieder of Tyler, sustained minor injuries and was treated at the scene.
