Memorial service held today for swimmer found near Redwood Falls

REDWOOD FALLS (KMHL) – A memorial service for the missing swimmer found in the Redwood River in Redwood Falls over the weekend will be held today at the Redwood Valley High School.

The memorial service for Thunder Brothersofall of Redwood Falls, will be held this afternoon at 1 p.m. at the high school.

Brothersofall was swimming with some friends in the Redwood River on Sunday September 15^th when he went missing in the current.

Authorities and rescuers conducted air and ground searches during the week, but were not able to find Brothersofall until Saturday, when kayakers found a body near the bridge in North Redwood.

Brothersofall was 15.
