The Marshall Police Department reports the following incidents:
On Friday at 10:31PM, a 2009 Dodge Ram collided with a 2016 Honda Civic near the intersection of South 4th Street and West College Drive. The Dodge Ram was towed from the scene. The driver of the Honda sustained minor injuries and was treated at the scene by paramedics.
On Saturday at 3:07AM, an adult male was having a medical issue due to a possible drug overdose in the 100 block of North 1st Street. Officers provided medical care, resuscitated the man, and he was taken to the hospital for further evaluation.
On Saturday at 8:34PM, a theft was reported in the 1500 block of Boyer Drive. After investigating, an adult male was arrested for felony DWI, driving after cancellation, open bottle and theft.
