MARSHALL (KMHL) – Marshall Police have made information available on a Level 3 predatory offender who will be moving to the city.
Authorities announced yesterday that Bradley Scott Edwards, 25, a level 3 offender will be living in Marshall starting on Thursday. He will be living on the 600 block of West Main Street.
While the city has usually held informational meetings when a level 3 offender is being released into the community, because of the COVID-19 pandemic that meeting will not be occurring.
However, authorities have recorded an informational video with more detailed information on it, and made the video available for view on the Marshall Police Department’s Facebook page.
