Leonard J. Hoffman, age 88, of Porter, MN passed away Monday, October 25, 2021 at the Sylvan Court Nursing Home in Canby. Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:30 a.m. Saturday, October 30, 2021 at the St. Leo Catholic Church in St. Leo, MN. Burial will be in the St. Leo Catholic Cemetery, St. Leo. Visitation will be 5 – 7 p.m. with a 7 p.m. prayer service and Rosary to follow on Friday, October 29, 2021 at the Houseman Funeral Home, Birk Chapel in Canby, MN.
