The Lyon County Sheriff’s Office reports the following incidents:
On Sunday at 7:57PM, a traffic stop was performed near the intersection of State Highway 23 and County Road 22 near Cottonwood. After investigating, a 32-year-old Marshall man was cited for driving after revocation. A 32-year-old male passenger was citing for having an open bottle of alcohol.
On Saturday at 1:06AM, a vehicle was reported off the road near the intersection of US Highway 59 and County Road 10 near Cottonwood. After investigating, a 54-year-old Cottonwood man was arrested for DWI, open bottle, and having an active Lyon County warrant.
