Lac Qui Parle Valley closes school for the rest of the week because of an issue

MADISON (KMHL) – The Lac Qui Parle Valley School District is closed for the rest of the week due to what the district is only calling “an issue.”

In a post on Facebook, school officials say they and the Lac Qui Parle County Sheriff’s office are working to resolve an issue that has come up.

There are no other details available about the situation; however officials say more information will be released in the near future.

The school will use a virtual day on Friday.
