(Marshall, MN) The Marshall Police Department is investigating criminal damage to property to a park shelter at Independence Park. The park shelter received graffiti during the overnight hours between May 2, 2021 and May 3, 2021. The cost of cleaning the graffiti is a significant expense to the City of Marshall and its taxpayers.
The Marshall Police Department in conjunction with the Marshall Area Crime Fund are offering a reward up to $300.00 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the people responsible for the graffiti.
