MARSHALL – A resurfacing project for Highway 59 in Marshall from A Street to H Street is scheduled to start on September 18th. MnDOT says the work is scheduled to take ten working days, weather permitting, and will create a smoother road surface. No detours are expected during the work, however travelers can expect alternating lane closures with traffic being controlled by on-site personnel. Brief delays and intersection closures may take place during the project. Duininck Incorporated was awarded the contract with an estimated project cost of $498,000.
