(St. Paul, MN) LEARFIELD — Minnesota Democrats tomorrow roll out their proposal to legalize sports betting in the state. Representative Zack Stephenson of Coon Rapids and Senator Matt Klein of Mendota Heights are hosting a Capitol news conference. Stephenson is expected to introduce a bill Wednesday in the House Commerce Committee. A proposal from G-O-P Senator Jeremy Miller of Winona would allow Minnesota’s 11 tribes, two horse tracks, and all pro-sports teams to offer sports betting on-site.
