INGLEWOOD, Calif. – Los Angeles Chargers head coach Jim Harbaugh was planning the postgame speech when his team held a 27-6 lead in the third quarter.
Then former top draft pick Joe Burrow and the Cincinnati Bengals mounted a valiant comeback, tying the game at 27 with just a few minutes left in the game.
But it was Justin Herbert, the No. 6 overall pick in Burrow’s 2020 draft, who led the game-winning drive as the Chargers scored the go-ahead TD with less than 20 seconds left.
