ST. PAUL (LEARFIELD)  —  The Minnesota National Guard and 934th Air Wing are conducting another round of statewide flyovers to recognize frontline COVID-19 workers.

The flights Wednesday will honor health care providers, emergency responders and food industry employees that keep the state functioning during the pandemic.

The missions will feature F-16 Fighting Falcons and  C-130 Hercules aircraft.  The flight path will cover southern Minnesota communities including Albert Lea, Blue Earth, Jackson, Luverne, Mankato, Marshall, New Ulm, New Prague, Northfield, Redwood Falls, Rochester, and Worthington.

The flyovers are incorporated into previously scheduled training missions.
