MARSHALL, Minn. — A Fargo man was injured in a two-vehicle collision involving a semi on Monday in Lyon County. According to the Minnesota State Patrol, on Monday at 5:17 p.m., a 2015 Peterbilt semi hauling anhydrous ammonia was northbound on Highway 59, and a 2025 Hyundai Santa Fe was westbound on County Road 33 when the vehicles collided in the intersection.
The driver of the Hyundai, 28-year-old Martin Maina of Fargo, ND, suffered non-life-threatening injuries and was taken to the Marshall hospital.
The driver of the Peterbilt, 62-year-old Charlene Jones of Drummond, OK, was not injured.
Assistance was provided by the Marshall Police Department, North Memorial Ambulance, and Marshall Fire Department.
