We have the group New Legacy Project coming to our church this Saturday, Sept 21 at 7pm. This group is from Nashville and blend the best of country gospel, traditional and edgy newer southern gospel, with today's popular worship music, while stayng true to the Gospel Message.This Nashville based group is known for their flawless harmonies, comedy, and homespun humor. Admission is FREE. You can listen to their new radio single "God of the Empty Grave" and visit them on Facebook or at www.NewLegacyProject.com.

The Brookings Dance Club will be holding their September Dance on September  21st at the McKnight Community Hall in White SD. The theme for this dance is "Kickin' Music" with Homecoming events in mind.  All dancers are welcome to wear Homecoming Costumes.  The music will be provided by Mylan Ray, DJ, and there will be door prizes and snacks available.  The admission is $10 and the dancing will be held from 8PM until 12 midnight.  All dancers over 21 are welcome.

Our Lady of Victory Church in Lucan invites everyone to their Buffet Style Dumpling/Sausage/Roast Pork/Sauerkraut Dinner and Auction on Sunday, September 22 beginning with the dinner at 11 a.m. followed by the Auction starting at 12:30 p.m.  The auction offers such quality items as livestock; a 2003 Dodge Caravan; a JD L120 mower with 48” deck, 42” snowblower & soft cab; 10 rolls of plastic baler twine; bale rack with running gear, handmade quilts, an antique Hoosier Cupboard, many fine tools, recreational items, household items & furniture.

Adults $15 Student with college ID $10 Children under 12 $5 Tickets are available in advance at the Arts Center and HyVee and will also be for sale at the door before the performance.
