Power of the Purse

Beyond the glitz and glamour lies a more profound mission: every bid and raffle ticket purchased fuels Women United’s impact initiatives. Together, we’re championing programs that increase early childhood literacy.
The 2024 Power of the Purse event will start at 6:00 pm on Thursday, May 9th, at the 5 Family Ranch in Marshall, MN. The evening will feature designer handbags to be won in our online and in-person auction, enticing games of chance, raffles, and other treasures. Tickets for the event cost $55 each, and the proceeds will support local initiatives to prepare young children in our area for kindergarten and beyond. These initiatives include the Imagination Library, Stuff the Bus school supply distribution, Born Learning Trails, and others.
It’s not just an event; it’s a chance to make a lasting impact. Get ready to win big, contribute meaningfully, and celebrate Women United’s strength!
