Marshall Pride Celebration

10:00 am – The Celebration kicks off with vendors and exhibitors opening
10:00 am – Kids Corner opens. Includes the fish pond, “tattoo studio”, arts, sensory tables, and more.
10:30 am – Marshall Pride “Smile Run”
Join us for a fun and inclusive Mile Run celebrating the LGBTQ+ community and allies! Whether you’re running, walking, or cheering from the sidelines, this event is all about unity, pride, and support. Sign up today at https://runsignup.com/Race/MN/Marshall/MarshallPrideSmileMile
10:30 am – Leo Baker and Kids kicking off the music lineup. Joining from the Pezihutaziz/Oyate (Upper Sioux), this family group shares their incredible talent. You won’t want to miss it!
11:00 am – Laser Tag tent in the kids area opens
11:00 am-1:00 pm – Rainbow the Unicorn. Take a photo or just enjoy being in the presence of the magical creature.
11:00 am – noon – Free cotton candy provided by Marshall Pride & Frazeurs’ Fairy Floss
Noon – Official Welcome & Opening Ceremony
1:00 pm – Music Headliner Witch Syndicate
You are not going to want to miss the headliner for Pride in the Park, Witch Syndicate! Witch Syndicate is a four-piece metal/goth band out of the cities featuring trans musicians who will absolutely rock your face off (on top of being really cool people). We think you’re going to love this band as much as we love them!
1:00 pm – 3:00 pm – Facepainting with Krystl Louwagie
Face painting is a beautiful way to show your colors at Marshall Pride. Stop by Krystl Louwagie’s table for some beautiful artwork you can wear! Free, provided by Marshall Pride!
2:00 pm – Southwest Nkauj Hmoob Dancers
Marshall Pride is honored to welcome the Southwest Nkauj Hmoob Dancers for their Marshall Pride debut! This well-known Hmong dance troupe out of Walnut Grove, Minnesota performs regularly in this area. You won’t want to miss the beautiful artistry of these performers on the Marshall Pride mainstage!
2:30 pm – Music from Dray Potts
Come check out Pipestone resident Dray Potts performing original music on their 12-string guitar!
