WORTHINGTON – A Dover man has died following a rollover accident on Saturday in Nobles County, according to the Minnesota State Patrol. At approximately 6:50 Saturday morning, a 2015 Lincoln MCK was traveling westbound on I-90 near Worthington when the vehicle lost control on the snow and icy road and rolled into the median.
The driver of the Lincoln, 21-year-old Emiliano Rashid Kosnopfal of Dover, was transported to the Sanford Worthington Hospital where he later died from his injuries. The report notes the driver was not wearing his seat belt at the time of the crash.
