MARSHALL, Minn. — Dense fog is creating difficult driving conditions across much of Minnesota this morning. The National Weather Service has issued Dense Fog Advisories for several regions until 10 a.m. Visibility could fall to a quarter-mile or less, with near-zero visibility possible in some locations. Drivers are encouraged to slow down, use low-beam headlights and increase following distances.
