NEW ULM (KMHL) – Authorities in south central Minnesota say they found a man dead in a cornfield.
The Brown County Sheriff’s Office says Adam Kroecker, 33, of Butterfield, was found dead in his vehicle in a corn field east of Comfrey.
Authorities say foul play isn’t suspected, and there is no risk to public safety. Authorities say Kroecker was last seen leaving his workplace on Tuesday – his family has reportedly been looking for him.
Police say the cause of his death remains under investigation.
