Barbara P. Schultz, age 96 of Marshall, formerly of Tracy, also known as “Barbie Doll” passed away Friday, March 4, 2022 at Mayo Clinic Health System Mankato. Graveside Services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Monday, March 7, 2022 at North Hero Township Cemetery, rural Walnut Grove. A virtual Memorial Service will be held, and details for that will be forthcoming. Stephens Funeral Service – Tracy Area Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.
Barbara P. (Paradis) Schultz was born January 8, 1926 in Marshall, Minnesota to Wilfred and Mary (Bruce) Paradis. She attended Marshall Schools. Shortly out of high school she worked at Candy Masters in Minneapolis. She later met and married Robert Schultz of Walnut Grove and had three children. She spent 31 years working for the Tracy Country Club and Tracy Lanes. Her hobbies included: music, reading the bible, spending time with family and bowling.
Surviving family: daughter Roberta Fournier (Tom) of Mankato, MN, son Bruce Schultz (Kathy) of Garretson, SD and daughter in law Kathy Schultz of Marshall, MN. Grandchildren: Nicole Johnson (Corey Towne) of Mankato, MN, Jessica Fleming (Adrian) of Good Thunder, MN, Trevor Schultz (Tamara) of Murrayville, IL and Megan Schultz of Marshall, MN. Great Grandchildren: Clay Hertling, Angel Meyer, Kya Johnson and Cory Fleming; and great great grandchild Blayze. She is preceded in death by her parents, her son Kevin Schultz, and all of her siblings.
