It's pretty chilly across the country right now.  And there's a cold-weather hack going viral, courtesy of the NFL.   In the Rams-Bears pre-game on Sunday, they mentioned some of the Rams players were putting CAYENNE PEPPER in their socks.  (???)  It's supposed to keep your feet warm. But does it really work?   The answer is apparently . . .
