Mass of Christian Burial for Armand Dandurand, 84, of Minneota, will take place at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, April 16, 2021, at St. Edward Catholic Church in Minneota.  Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at church.  Interment with military honors will follow the service at St. Edward Catholic Cemetery.  Masks are required at all indoor events and social distancing guidelines will be followed.  Military Rites provided by U.S. American Legion Post 604 of Taunton.

Armand Francis Dandurand was born May 28, 1936, in Marshall, to Medrick and Cornelia (Kerkvliet) Dandurand. On October 26, 1963, he was united in marriage to Dianna Bouckaert at St. Edward Catholic Church in Minneota. He served in the United States Air Force for four years and also served on the Alta Vista Township Board for several years. Armand was a member of the U.S. American Legion Post 604 of Taunton and the Knights of Columbus Third Degree in Minneota. He enjoyed woodworking and collecting model tractors.

Armand died on Saturday, April 10, 2021, at the Sylvan Court Nursing Home in Canby.

He is survived by his wife, Dianna, of Minneota; daughter Karen Olson of St. Michael, MN, son Craig (and Danna) Dandurand of Simpsonville, KY; grandchildren Trent and Spencer Olson, Sam, Jolie, Lucas, Julia, and Nicholas Dandurand; sisters Mary Halbur and Margaret Gollmer of Marshall, sisters-in-law Mae Dandurand and Joan (and Tony) Sik. He was preceded in death by his parents Medrick Dandurand and Cornelia Caron, step-father Alfred Caron, brother Melvin, father and mother-in-law Emil and Helen Bouckaert and step-father-in-law Emil Van Acker.
