TRACY, Minn. — A benefit for Lonnie Cochran, who is battling cancer, is planned October 9-11 at Tracy Lanes.
The three-day event will include food, bowling tournaments, a 50/50 raffle, silent auctions and other activities. Friday’s event runs from 6 to 9 p.m. with free-will food donations.
A blind team bowling tournament begins at 2 p.m. Saturday, followed by a regular team tournament at 1 p.m. Sunday. Teams can have up to six bowlers and cost $150 per team.
Participants are also encouraged to wear their wackiest Hawaiian shirts, with a prize going to the best one. Safari Hunt tickets will also be available for $10 each.
Monetary donations can be made through SupportNow.org/Lonnie-Cochran. Those interested in signing up for the bowling tournaments can contact Kathy Knapper at 507-828-4671
