CANBY — A Canby teenager was injured after his vehicle collided with another on Saturday in Yellow Medicine County, according to the Minnesota State Patrol. At approximately 2:02 Saturday afternoon, a 2020 Chevy Colorado was traveling southbound on US Highway 75 and a 2004 Ford Sport Track was traveling westbound on State Highway 68 when they collided in the intersection.
The driver of the Chevy, a 16-year-old boy from Canby, sustained non-life-threatening injuries and was taken to the Canby hospital.
The driver of the Ford, 23-year-old Colin Konicek of West Dundee, IL, was not injured.
Assistance was provided by the Yellow Medicine County Sheriff’s Office, Canby Fire and Ambulance.
