MARSHALL — The Lyon County Sheriff’s Office and Marshall Police Department report the following incidents:

On Friday at 12:33 p.m., MPD responded to a domestic incident in the 100 block of South 10th Street. After investigating, an adult male was arrested for gross misdemeanor domestic assault.

On Friday at 9:02 p.m., MPD responded to a violation of an order for protection in the 1100 block of East College Drive. After investigating, an adult male was arrested for a harassment restraining order violation.

On Sunday at 12:20 a.m., MPD responded to property damage near the intersection of South 4th Street and West Saratoga Street. It was determined a vehicle crashed into a building. The driver, a 22-year-old woman from Lake Benton, was arrested for DWI and was being held until a court appearance.

On Sunday at 7:16 a.m., LCSO performed a traffic stop for a suspected drunken driver near the intersection of Mill Street and South 4th Street in Marshall. After investigating, a 27-year-old Marshall man was arrested for DWI.
