Lenny was born May 28, 1939 to Lester and Ruby (Quesenberry) Nott in Clements, Minnesota. He attended country school through the eighth grade and then worked with his dad on the farm. In 1965, after the farm auction, Lenny worked at Sanborn Manufacturing Company in Springfield for 36 years and retired in 2001. Following his retirement, Lenny did lawn care and snow removal for the city of Walnut Grove and helped local farmers with harvest in the fall. He was united in marriage to Renee Sharon Lundeen in 1980. Together they raised ten children. Lenny was a long-time member of Trinity Lutheran Church. He enjoyed his summers fishing at his cabin on Lake Shetek. You could often find him gardening and taking care of his lawn. He was “Mr. Fix-it” always helping others with repairs. Lenny enjoyed watching Gunsmoke and Bonanza. He loved driving around the country side and spending time with family.
