1. Brand Specialist
Marshall Radio is looking for a driven, motivated, and excited individual to join our team as a full-time Brand Specialist (Account Executive).
This opportunity is perfect for someone who has a passion for wanting to help businesses grow. This is a commission-driven sales opportunity for someone who wants to help businesses develop their brand. Sales experience is not necessary but preferred.
There is no cap on earning potential with this position, duties include developing and growing relationships with businesses in Marshall and the surrounding area. You will be responsible for helping businesses market themselves in an increasingly competitive environment.
You will design creative and effective advertising campaigns for your clients on the stations of Marshall Radio and through our digital products through Linder Digital.
Other responsibilities will include turning in orders, writing commercials and developing ideas for strong digital marketing opportunities.
This job is mostly a Monday-Friday 8AM – 5 PM job – with some limited weekend work for special events sponsored by clients and the radio station.

Responsibilities
- Help your clients grow their business
- Build relationships with and sell clients on advertising with Marshall Radio/Linder Digital
- Come up with and write and produce quality ads for strong radio campaigns
- Attend radio station events and promotions
- Attend and participate in radio station/company meetings and trainings
- Grow and thrive in a team-centered environment
Qualifications
- A desire and an interest to work in the exciting field of broadcast media
- A strong knowledge base of Marshall Radio/Sub-Arctic Media
- Strong communication skills
- Basic understanding of digital advertising platforms
- An interest in marketing
- Strong passion for Agriculture

2. Part-time radio announcer and board op
We’re looking for someone excited to get into the broadcast or media industry! This opportunity is for a part-time announcer and board op. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to break into a career in media.
You will learn how to run an audio board, become efficient with an on-air system, learn how to edit using Adobe Audition and other digital audio editing equipment.
We air more than 300 locally-produced sporting events every year, and this person will work hands-on with our local sportscasters and announcers to produce high-quality on-air sports productions. Many of these events take place in the evenings or on weekends, so it’s great to work around another schedule as well.
