James “Jim” Munson, age 70, of Cottonwood, MN, passed away Sunday, August 30, 2026 at the Hendricks Hospital, Hendricks, MN after a short battle with Myasthenia Gravis disease. Memorial service will be 11:00 am on Saturday, September 5, 2026 at the English Lutheran Church in Cottonwood with Rev. Michael Muehlenhardt officiating. Visitation will be from 5 – 7 pm on Friday, September 4th at the English Lutheran Church in Cottonwood and will resume Saturday one hour prior to the service. Burial will be in the Hansonville Cemetery, rural Hendricks, MN. Houseman Funeral Home, Birk Chapel in Hendricks, MN is entrusted with the arrangements.
